The postage and packaging charge varies based on the volume and weight of your purchase.

Should you purchase via our online shopping cart your postage and packaging price will be as stated at checkout as stated below so you can choose your prefer option. All postage sent via 1st or second class is sent with proof of postage) If you wish to have your items insured and require signed for delivery please choose courier option.

Order purchased off line/volume trade orders will be sent via next day courier

Volume orders (4 or more) will incur postage and packaging prices in line with the volume and weight of the order. As a guide our standard parcel price for postage and packaging of a 20kg and under parcel is £7.95 plus vat (this would be up to around 90 cotton t-shirts). Via next day courier service.

Weights above 20kg are then charged at a further 38p per kilo.

Items which can be bagged in our medium sized bags rather than parcelled and are under 20kg will be at a cost of £5.95 plus vat via a next day courier service

One off orders or smaller volume orders may be shipped by Royal Mail recorded delivery although on some occassions we may also use UK Mail as we do on volume orders.

All deliveries sent via courier of recorded delivery will require a signature as proof of delivery.

We will dispatch your goods from stock using UK Mail or Royal Mail.

Goods are usually dispatched as per the time schedules on your quote or as advertised at the point of purchase on our design and buy online shop.

Generally all one off items designed and bought online are dispatched within 5 working days . Large volume orders are generally dispatched within 10-14 days of proof sign off.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery via Royal Mail and generally our UK Mail parcels and bags are scheduled for next day delivery.

If preferred, you can collect orders from our premises in Bolton. Simply email us including your phone number to confirm you would prefer to collect and we can make arrangments for this. Your postage will be refunded on collection if you have paid online.

We hold a large stock in the warehouse but occasionally an item may be out of stock and we have to re-order it before we personalise or print it. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when we expect the item to be delivered and personalised.

Goods and returns

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 is not applicable to us for two reasons. Firstly, we are a business to business site and therefore exempt. However, since we do also supply end users please be aware that by law, The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification". We are therefore unable to accept any returns unless we make an error or there is a fault with the garments. If you think you have received faulty goods, please contact us for further instructions as our main aim is 100% happy customers as we price ourselves on excellent customer service.
