New customers wishing to place volume orders will be sent a proforma invoice to be able to pre pay for the order via BACS, online bank transfer, cheque. You can pay via a PayPal invoice. You will need to request a PayPal invoice is you wish to pay by this method and please note that it will carry a 3.5% transaction fee on top of the value of the order. We will require your PayPal email address to send the PayPal invoice.

Cash payments are only accepted for orders on collection or in person on pre pay orders. Iced Gecko Ltd accept no responsibility for cash sent through the post or via a courier.

Regular corporate, volume or trade resellers can apply for a trade account after building an Iced Gecko Ltd trading history of regular transactions and timely payments. Trade accounts will then generally be based on a percentage of the total invoice as pre payment and a percentage post delivery payment basis.

Iced Gecko Ltd retains the right to refuse credit accounts and pass on any costs of recovering non payment of invoices.
